Reg. TMCP - Guest Invite Process - Confirmation

Hello EC-Team

When guests visit TMCP meeting, we collect e-mail address from them.

Below should be the process which was being followed earlier

1) Add the e-mail address in the meeting invite group

    (before next meeting invite being sent)

2) send next week meeting invite by THU night (to the meeting invite group as-well)

   we send the meeting invite on THU night, so that all members will have atleast one-day to share the invite with their friends/colleagues.

In case if we are not sending the meeting invites, please ensure that we send to the guests as-well.

If you have some suitable alternate process that is also fine, as long as we send meeting invites to the guests as-well.

Thanks for the mail Sir.

I know we have become a little slack over the last few weeks in terms of sending out meeting invites/agendas/MoMs on time.

These were primarily on account of Eloquence/Special meetings. Hope to rectify these, this week onwards.

Yes sir , I am doing this but might be not happened in April because I was out of Pune. 

About adding email address into google group , my practice is to add email address on every Sunday or Monday then I guess its not require to send an email to each guests on Thursday because they are already in the guest group.

Please correct me if I am wrong, if there is any inconsistency happened please let me know I will start sending them invitation.
