It is not feasible for me to comment on the previous term i.e. July '15 to Dec '15 and hence, I am marking our Area Director P L Nagappan to comment on the same.

With respect to my term i.e. Jan '16 - Jun '16, we have done/will be doing the following:

1. Interim Treasury Update - Expense Statement shared on mail, hard copies provided to attending members and the Treasurer also explained the same during the meeting held on Feb 27th 2016. DONE.

2. Back-Dated Independent Audit - We had conducted an independent audit (by a Non-Member of TMCP TM Pramod Bhave who is also a certified ICWA) for the period 1st Jan '12 to 30th Jun '15. The report was tabled, explained and hard copies circulated to members who attended the meeting held on 21st May '16. DONE.

3. Final Treasury Update - We intend to present the final Expense Statement to all Club Members during the meeting planned on 25th Jun '16, also attending members will get a hard copy of the same and soft copies will be shared via mail. WILL BE DONE.

4. Concurrent Half-Yearly Audit - We have also appointed an independent auditor in TM Anand Daga (who is a certified CA and not a member of TMCP) to do our Half-Yearly audit report for our term starting 1st Jan '16 to 30th Jun '16. This will be conducted after our last meeting as Excom i.e. 25th Jun '16, factoring in all expenses incurred in this term and the report will be shared with the members in the month of July by the new President. WILL BE DONE.

I am marking the President and Treasurer Elect of the next term as well. We intend to continue this best practice even in the next term.
