Hello Toastmasters!

 

I, TM Ankit Kothari, cordially invite you to our 383rd chapter meeting, on Saturday, 2nd July 2016.

 

 “We can learn a lot from history and independence” . And  “History of Independence “  is  the theme of this meeting .

 

 

 

Please note the following:-

-TIMINGS:  4.30pm to 7.00 PM

 

- VENUE : 1st Floor, Maharashtra State Institute of Management & Catering Technology, Laxmi Society, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune – 411016.  

(Note – the institute is also known as Food Craft Institute)

- DRESS CODE : Formals/Semi-formals. Please ask the guests you have invited to follow this dress code. 

Bermudas, Jeans, Capri, Chinos, T-shirts, Slippers, Sandals, Sports Shoes, and other casual wear is NOT ALLOWED.

- I request all Role Players to be present at the venue by 4.30 pm for a briefing. 

 I request all Prepared Speakers and Role Players to kindly bring your manuals to the meeting (Communication and Leadership) and have them filled by your evaluators for the project you are completing. This will enable you to reach your target of becoming Competent/Advanced Communicators and Leaders.

 

- POST-MEETING FELLOWSHIP: 1. The meeting will be followed by tea and snacks for all, sponsored by members who walk in late, those in casuals, by those whose phones and other gadgets ring and by the winners of the four ribbons -  best speaker, best evaluator, best table topics speaker and best role player. 

    2. Contribution for punctuality is applicable to members only.

    3. Dress code and cell phone manners are applicable to everyone including non-members / guests
