Webhooks

Hello,

 

I am testing out tmate to understand its function.

 

If I configure Webhooks as mentioned in  the wiki, does the local app itself (tmate) send the JSON message, or does the tmate.io server do it?

 

Can I use a local network ip instead of a  dns-searchable-name?

The tmate.io server is doing it, so you can't use a local network ip
