tmate as service

I'm sorry to bother you, and first of all I want to thank you for dedicating your time to a tool such as tmate.

I'm writing you to report a problem encountered using tmate to access my remote server.

API and connection are set up correctly, and I've no problem accessing my server when tmate is started from the terminal.

I'm trying to start tmate as service with systemctl, and even though the process starts correctly, as I can see the PID with pgrep tmate, acts like there's no active session.

I refer to you for any possible solution,
