HR & Talent Management

With the basic aim of planning and managing the human capital of AIESEC i.e. the youth for driving the Local Committee to achieve its annual plans, HR & Talent Management as a department works throughout the year in recruiting young talent, training and developing them as able leaders, rewarding and giving due recognition for their contribution and building up the leadership pipeline for the organisation in future. 

Major Functions -
  1. Recruitment, Talent and Manpower Planning, Selection and Allotment
  2. Training of existing members and overall development. Creating modules and managing resources for the same in synergy with IM
  3. Performance Tracking, Evaluation and Membership Review
  4. Engaging more and more youth with AIESEC. Synergy with Exchange Departments and supporting them to make AIESEC more relevant in the external market.
  5. Overall responsible for LC Forums, LC Representation and avenues where the entire membership is involved
  6. Goal Setting and Mentorship for every individual member as an when required
  7. Looking into member initiatives, ideas, innovation, queries, complaints, suggestions etc. 
Team Structure -

Purpose - Tracking and Management of existing membership
Measure of Success - %Retention. Number of Experiences per member. Healthy Succession for higher LR's #Conference participation
MyAIESEC.net handling, Performance tracking,  Experience Tracking, Driving member motivation

  • KM Portal for online resource sharing in synergy with IM
  • South RYLC 2012
  • LC Day  and LC Outing before mid-semester exams
