Join Sashi Gerzon-Rose the next few Sundays for a virtual group exploration of meditation, the nature of the mind, and how to cultivate a practice that is creative, potent, and reliable.
We’ll draw from eastern wisdom traditions such as yoga and buddhism, as well as the leading edge of neuroscience and psychology to understand:
- what the mind is, really
- how to cultivate a practice that can work with anything, including pain, wild thoughts, and extreme emotions
- how to discover and deepen into your vast, clear, expansive nature that is always, already available to you.
Whether you are a long-time practitioner or brand new to practice, this group is for those who are longing to go deeper into their practice and know themselves with more clarity and compassion within the supportive and collaborative setting of a group.
This will be a 4 week deep dive into meditation and the nature of the mind, and to support the intimacy and momentum of the group, a commitment to all 4 weeks is required (recordings will be sent out to those who need to miss a week).
You'll be guided by Sashi - she is a contemplative counselor, teacher of teachers, and artist-at-heart. Currently, she owns a thriving psychotherapy practice in Boulder, Colorado, teaches yoga and in teacher trainings at The Little Yoga Studio, and serves as adjunct faculty in the Graduate School of Psychology at Naropa University.

For the past 10 years, she has had the good fortune of studying in-depth with some of the world’S leading minds in psychology, adult development and organizational psychology, Integral Facilitation, and Zen Buddhism.
