Well, it has come time for us to bid adieu to our dear friend + colleague, Dr. Jocelyn Armes!

Please join us this Sunday, October 25, 2020 at The Little Yoga Studio from 1p-3p to visit and say goodbye to Jocelyn as she heads off to Maine for the next chapter of her journey!
