tlp-stress 1.0 released

Hey folks,

tlp-stress 1.0 has been released! The big change in the last month has been to how we handle packaging and distribution.  We now have deb packages, RPMs and tarballs available for download.  The blog post https://thelastpickle.com/blog/2019/08/06/stress-1-release.html has some additional detail.
