reaper not able to add the cluster

to TLP Apache Cassandra Reaper users

I deployed the reaper version 2.0.2 in one of our environments is not able to identify the cluster when I try to add the seed nodes. we have deployed reaper in other environments with same configuration and its perfectly working. All JMX settings looks good.
