Facing an error when trying to run reaper for the 1st time

to TLP Apache Cassandra Reaper users
1) Installed reaper using the rpm.
2) Did not modify any configuration on the yaml file.
3) But when I try to get the service running using the below command as mentioned in the link (http://cassandra-reaper.io/docs/download/install/)., I get the below error. Can someone please tell what am I doing wrong here.

Looks like it's already running. I *believe* it starts up on install.

In order to open the UI, I use the link http://"server_where_I_installed":8080/webui/
But when I open the link in the UI I just letter P displayed.

I changed the ports and it works now.
More issues with 1.1.0. Able to install and start the service with 1.2.0
