Can't build : maven-enforcer-plugin error

Hi,

I tried to build the project in the directory src/packaging/docker-build and make a docker-compose up.

I ended with this error :

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-enforcer-plugin:1.4.1:enforce (enforce-java) on project cassandra-reaper-pom: Some Enforcer rules have failed. Look above for specific messages explaining why the rule failed. -> [Help 1]

I don't know how to go further with this problem.

It's because of the required version of maven that is now 3.5.2 while the docket container installs 3.3.8. you can modify the src/server/pom.xml file and lower the requirement in the manven enforcer plugin to 3.3.8 and the build should go through.

We'll discuss this issue with the committers and come up with a proper fix.
