Hey Oak.
Per your question: Here's what I found you for a Vitamin Shoppe-
branded basic Vitamin Multivitamin and separate Vitamin C supplement:
Multivitamin - Vitamin Shoppe Daily Vitamin Caps

Vitamin C - Vitamin Shoppe C-1000 Complex Caps

I greatly prefer capsules over tablets because there are far fewer
"Other Ingredients", which are primarily manufacturing aids.
Check out the difference:
Capsules - Other Ingredients: Gelatin, water, magnesium stearate.
Tablets - Other Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, xanthan gum,
stearic acid, silica, sorbitol, magnesium stearate, inositol
hexanicotinante, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose,
titanium dioxide, riboflavin.
Finally, I mentioned getting some unflavored whey protein powder to
get back into the household to help boost daily protein intake. It
mixes easily with juice in a shaker or blended into a smoothie.
Here's what's available at Vitamin World:
Designer Whey - Natural Whey

Oh yeah...the nutrition bars I recommend which can be used for solid
snacks on the go are Zone Perfect, Balance and Clif Builder or Luna
bars. They can be purchased in a number of stores and online. Look
for the best deal. I buy mine at either Shaw's or Costco.
Take care,
Phil
