Most software that you buy directly from Microsoft, like Office, Windows, and Xbox games, comes as a digital download that you can download, install, or reinstall. After you purchase software, the download will be shown in your Order history. To find a specific download, sign in to the Order history page with the Microsoft account you used to make the purchase. Find the software, and then select Product key/Install.
If you bought your Microsoft software from a third-party website, you'll need to get download and product key info from them. For more info about a Microsoft 365 subscription, see Manage your Microsoft 365 subscription purchased through a third party.
The app isn't available in your country or region. Not all apps are available worldwide. An app available in France might not be available in Germany. If you bought an app in one country or region and then you moved to another one, the apps you had might disappear.
Microsoft family settings might be hiding apps. Parents can use family settings to make sure that their child can't view or install apps that are inappropriate for their age. Learn more about Family Safety
The app is no longer available. When an app is removed from Microsoft Store, it takes a little time for the app description page to get removed. In addition, some apps and games aren't available in Microsoft Store, but can be downloaded from the publisher's site directly.
The app isn't compatible with your device. Microsoft Store automatically hides or blocks the purchase button on apps that are incompatible with your device. You might see an app from Microsoft Store available on your PC, but not on another PC, or your Xbox.

You can review your digital files and set a download limit on the Product Page within the Digital Downloads App. A download limit controls the number of times that a customer can download a digital product. By default, all variants are set to unlimited.
If you want to reactivate a customer's ability to download a digital product, then return to the order page in the Digital Downloads app and click Activate under the Product details heading.
The CSV file export option, which is at the bottom of the Orders page, generates a spreadsheet file of all digital orders that have been processed by the app. This means that even when the customer has not yet downloaded the product, there is still a record of the customer's order in this report.
You can use Liquid variables to customize emails. For example, if you add customer.first_name in your email template, then the customer's first name displays in its place. You can use this comprehensive list of all email template variables as a reference.
You might want to replace a digital file either before or after you have published it and sold it to customers. For example, if you're selling a .PDF file for a knitting pattern and then you notice an error in the pattern, then you might want to upload a new .PDF file.
If you replace a file for a variant that is already published and sold to customers, then customers with its download link who haven't hit their download limit can download the replacement file. This can happen if you opt to send an email to any existing customers with the updated link upon replacing the file.
Yes, you can limit the number of times each customer can download a product. This is set in the product's fulfillment settings in the app. To remove a download limit, check the Unlimited downloads checkbox. Refer to Set a download limit.
Download and install Power Automate using an MSI installer or from Microsoft Store. The Microsoft Store installation doesn't require you to have admin rights on your device and is updated automatically regularly. The MSI installer requires admin rights and requires manual updates. However it also includes an option to install the machine runtime application, which allows you to manage machines from the Power Automate portal. You can use the Power Automate for desktop store installation in conjunction with the runtime application, which you can install from the MSI.
By default, Power Automate for desktop honors the proxy settings specified in Windows. There is only one Power Automate installer for both 32-bit and 64-bit computers. It automatically identifies the architecture of your operating system and proceeds to install the suitable version of the files accordingly.
By default, Power Automate for desktop notifies you when a new version is available. Select Update to automatically download and open the latest installer for your region. You must have admin permissions on your local computer to perform the update. Updating to the latest version is recommended to have the latest features and bug fixes.
