NTIA comments made by or on behalf of TLD holders

Howdy:

I'm a bit disappointed no one at the TLD holder or even the TLDA made any comments to the NTIA NOI concerning the ICANN JPA with the DOC.

This TLD business is a bit like a tree falling in the forest.  If they don't hear you - your not heard nor recognized.
