Joe, Your transparency and honesty in public is commendable. In marketing in developing "Indochina" (you know they still teach that concept in school there) S. E. Asia, I coined the term "inside to inside, outside to inside and then inside to outside" it rings true here today. If I cannot do on the inside (what Christians would term, soften the heart) what need be done. There is no way we can go -- all "in country", inside to outside.  Therefor PR, as it were, is extremely premature.
