David - let me explain to you why this was done. First of all it was wrong. Completely wrong for Bradley to bypass board authority. The reason why it was done was to save Bradley some embarrassment. You see Bradley promised to give a donation to the TLDA of $100.00. I suspect that is not what ended up in the bank account.
Bradley does not have $100 bucks. He struggles to make ends meet. I know his financial circumstances. Brad has been in dire straights for years. He still owes me $1,000 USD since 2005 for work he did not do. Has not been able to pay that i five years and I have no expectations of ever getting paid. Under the circumstances I doubt he could come up with the 100 bucks.
I think you will find he put something into the bank account - but not what he promised. In any case let's hope I'm wrong so you get paid soon. But I have a good track history with predicting Brad and I doubt it will be paid any time soon.
As a member of this organization I'm sorry we let you down.
In any case - look on the bright side. The TLDA is continuing down the broken path of broken promises. Business as usual.
cheers

p.s. - I may have to raise more money just to pay you off.
p.s.s. - don't trust any checks issued by Brad - they will most likely bounce.
p.s.s.s. - demand you be paid via pay pal - that will guarantee you get your money back.
