Need I repeat the details.  Our organization has been HEXed - and one of our directors - and a former member of the HEX - Bradley Thornton - is the one HEXing us.  This is a joke - right?

ITEM 1.  Libeling and Slandering of a member

The website libels and slanders a member.  Namely myself.

http://tldainc.org/corporate-documents/58-legal/61-an-attempt-to-co-opt-copyright-of-tlda-intellectual-property-by-a-disgruntled-member-of-the-organization.html

It discloses private correspondence between myself and the TLDA Board.  But it also attempts to make legal arguments in public concerning my rightful claim to the taproot - in which I continue to reserve all rights.  Has the board given it's support to this defamation of character?

This is typical HEX behavior.  As you can see:

Directors of the TLDA - I remind you of your liability in this if you say nothing.  The duties and responsibilities of directors are clear.  I also give the same advice to Gene Marsh.  Let's try to have a little decorum here:

In light of the basic standards in directors conduct - the TLDA is today a disgrace.

ITEM 2.  INAIC WHOIS as a TLD service

I almost fell off my chair when I saw this.

http://www.tldainc.org/whois.html

The day the TLDA uses the HEX whois - is the day we have certain proof we've been HEXed.  Thanks Brad.  Member - this is a disgrace.  This give Herman Xennt yet another avenue to perpetuate this fraud.  This action make the TLDA a part of the HEX scam.

I remind everyone here that the INAIC organization DOES NOT EXIST.  The website is an unauthorized fraud.  Once again I provide proof positive of this.

http://groups.google.com/group/tlda-members/web/INAIC-Statement-December-3-2008-1.pdf

Has the board authorized this?  As a member and an insider of INAIC I do not want to see this organization associated with Herman Xennt, who is a fraud, a con artists, was arrested for drug possession and found guilty of a crime - tax evasion and money laundering.

We are using a whois that everyone know contains fraudulent data.  Directors - if you allow this your hanging yourselves.  I demand as a member this be stopped.  We should never be associated with any root and especially not one thats crooked.

ITEM 3.  Members list

http://www.tldainc.org/my-profile/userprofile/ehickey.html
http://www.tldainc.org/my-profile/userprofile/hmunster.html

I'm sure the above members are just test members.  These should be removed.  I do not think these two famous personalities - Ed Hickey and Herman Munster are members of the TLDA.

ITEM 4.  Our New LOGO

http://www.tldainc.org/templates/rhuk_milkyway/images/tlda.png

Our new logo sucks big time.  This is just a personal observation.  The logo being used looks more like a logo that properly belongs to a toy company.  I suggest going back to our original logo.

cheers
