Agenda for First day matches.

Hi All,

 

Please come with family and friends to make this tournament successful. Be there at the courts by 6:30am. The agenda is as follows:

 

Saturday 30th July 2011 - TLCA Tennis Singles/Doubles Tournament

 

-   6:30am setting up the tables, preparing the courts (if needed)

-   7:00am Opening ceremony, speech by chief guests, introduction of sponsors,photo session with all teams/individual players, breakfast

-   7:25am First round practice starts

-   7:30am First round match starts

-   11:00 am morning session ends

-   11:15 to 11:30 cleaning session

-   11:45am till 4:30pm break

-    5:00pm setting up the tables etc,

-    5:30pm evening matches starts

-    8:30pm evening session ends

-    8:30pm to 9:00pm cleaning session.

 

Please be prepared to pay the entree fee $10 for singles and $20 for doubles (together).

 

NOTE: There is $10 parking fee for non-residents of Nassau county (if you park inside the parking lot). So, please be prepared or plan accordingly. You can also park in the streets. Please look at the attached picture. Street parking is free on "Khul Ave" x Kansas Rd.

 

If you have any questions, please clarify before you start your game.
