Hello Everyone! interested in this group and Where do i find this java animation creator program?

Hello im fairly new to arduino and electronics i got ahold of the tlc5940 chip and one of the programs says use the java animation creator program and it references a file that i don't see was wondering where i would get it, Also and i was looking at the fritzing file and well it shows single color leds not RGB so i'm kinda curious how i wire it up with Common anode RGB Leds, I hooked 6 RGB Leds into it and i get patterns and colors but it doesn't make sense to me if i did it right or not.
