PWM output capability

Has anyone used this breakout for PWMs, where multiple PWMs with differing duty cycles can be implemented simultaneously? For example 6 outputs 1 at 90%, 1 at 65% etc.

Also is the level of precision ideally 1/4096 even when the PWM frequency is 10kHz. I am curious because the maximum precision that can be obtained from a Mega 2560 for a 10kHz frequency is 1/1600.
