TLC Tuggers experiences and restoration progress/experiences.

I was just posting this to see if we could compare experiences with our
restoration. I've been restoring for about a year if not more now. I
have tried o-rings, and the CAT II RO. At first the o-rings did get me
some initial progress... but at a certain point, it was completely
ineffective and I now use them simply to keep covered. Then I moved up
to the CAT II RO, and it too seemed to make a lot of progress at first,
but then It seems I reached a plateau in my progress with it. I
stumbled upon the TLC Tugger, and based on its design it appears to
help in the restoration of the shaft skin, which is crucial to
attaining full coverage. It also seems to aid in the creation of a
taper like the original frenulum would have provided.
Anyway, right now I am dissatisfied with the current restoration
devices, and look forward to begin using the TLC.
What kind of results should I expect, and will there be any immediate
and noticeable changes? Also, is it possible to wear the device under
clothing like Jeans, without it being noticeable? If so, how easy is it
to take on/off for urination. (Seems easy enough)
