Dear brothers and sisters,

Pastor Keith has sent a message to all the worship leaders, encouraging us to invite our teams to the Q&A session tomorrow with council/pastors/leaders with grievances (6:30pm@the Lighthouse, TLC compound). Joanna and I will be attending, and we hope that all of you guys can make time to come and hear both sides of the church conflict presented very openly. I believe it is crucial for us as worship teams to know the truth and the spiritual climate of our church so that we know how to lead the people in worship. Below is Pastor Keith's message that he sent today to the worship leaders.

"Dear Worship Leaders. I am terribly sorry for being so silent in the past weeks. I believe that all of you are now aware of the state of TLC. It is no longer a secret. The whole Body of Christ is now feeling the pain of this issue. FYI, there will be a meeting and Q&A with the council on Tuesday night at 7-9pm to hear the grievances from different people. If you wish to attend and listen to the discussion, please feel free to come. As frontliners in the ministry, we need to be aware at what is happening in the church so we know what to pray for (I will leave the decision to you to inform and invite your teams). May God continue to be honored in this difficult season of the church. Thanks and God bless, Pastor Keith."
