Dear students,
Please find the JD for PRUDENT
looking for fresh graduates with fire in the belly whom we can train as
well.
The drive will  be conducted on 18 Oct Thursday at 10 am in Training & Placement cell.Beside auditorium(TKRCET-K9).
Two rounds:written test & HR.Prepare and attend  with a resume 

PRUDENT is a 12 year software development and consulting firm located in
Texas; PRUDENT provides a wide variety of services to our clients,
including: In-house Software projects, IT Staff augmentation for US
clients, on-demand staffing for US clients, etc.

We are looking for full-time Technical Recruiter(s) to work from our
Hyderabad, India office located in Begumpet, Whitehouse. We are looking
for aggressive personnel who have solid inclination for recruiting or
sales. Suitable candidates will be rewarded based on their performance.

 U.S Technical Recruiter (US Process, NIGHT SHIFT)
        All aspects of Technical recruiting
        Must have 2 -4 years of experience in an International /
US Staffing company
        Experience of interviewing US candidates and providing
staffing services to client
        Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in an IT
Consulting environment
        Successful track record in technical recruitment
        Ability to understand the technical requirements and
quickly present the profiles in time
        Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search
the talent for complex technical requirements
        Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing,
searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting
candidates on international platforms
        Must have excellent communication (written and oral),
negotiation, presentation and team management skills
        Use effective resourcing strategies, including: Dice,
Monster, CareerBuilder, Yahoo, Hot Jobs, and Net-Temps. Internet
sourcing, networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing
and resume
        Negotiating and finalizing salary / rate / hr aspects (W2,
1099, Corp-Corp) with U.S. Citizens, H1B. etc

 Lead Technical Recruiters (Night shift)
        Candidate must be a motivated team leader with at least 2
years experience in U.S recruitment looking to further their career by
working with a fast-growing company and producing effective results
        Should have successfully recruited IT candidates based in
the US and can facilitate in closing candidates with their Recruitment
Team
        Prior experience in handling full cycle recruitment
process
        Must have excellent communication (written and oral),
negotiation, presentation and team management skills
        Able to generate and achieve goals; meet targets
        Team player with leadership abilities

JOB CODE: TECH 305
 Sales Managers / Business Development Managers (Night shift)
        Ability to initiate contact with the client and maintain
follow up conversations
        Interact with clients to understand the key requirements
of their open full-time and contract requisitions
        Develop and grow their own client base by selling our
services for a variety of technology roles
        Make sales calls and schedule in-person meetings with key
managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our
services to prospective clients and building on existing client
relationships
        Capable of generating leads and cold calling
        Market to prospective clients through out-going telephone
calls and emails
        Develop and manage accounts on an on-going basis
        Interaction with key decision makers and engage in
proactive communication to build loyalty with your accounts
