Thanks for your quick response.

I would request you to be present because I want you to take on the lead roll for future alumni Meets. I have sent the email msg on Monday. Regret for the short notice as no Alumni body members are pro-active and take any interest in running the show, hence myself, Principal & Management had taken this lead role & fixed the date. Hope you understand. Please make it to the meet. The College is working on 2nd saturday and all faculty & students will be available for interaction.

Hello Sir,

 

How are you?

 

I am very happy to recieve a message from your end ragarding the alumini meet.This gives us the oppurtunity to meeet our own people after a period of time.

 

Only problem may be with short notice of time.Majority of us are working in other states and some of them working in A.P also may have difficulty because of the weekend support for their respective companies(I myself part of the weekend support,not sure of weekoff on saturday).Some of them may be in their home towns.So,it is difficult to pass on this message because majority might have changed their numbers and only contact is through mails.

 

On a Positive note: Will pass on the message to my classmates through SMS asking them to make their presence felt.

 

I will try to avoid my weekend support on that day and make it to the Alumini.

 

Hope this saturdday being a 2nd saturday will not reduce our chances to meet our faculty and the support staff.

 

Request: If  possible try to send SMS to all the alumini through college SMS channel

 

Note: Any changes in the schedule send us an SMS regarding the same.
