Members who have not
confirmed their participation are requested to be part of the meet by being
with us at least for the day time on 8th Oct.

Those planning to attend only for the day time
on 8th, have to be at the resort positively by 10 00 hrs to
participate in the photo session including group photo.


The package agreed with the
resort for one day stay including 1 breakfast, 1 lunch and 1 dinner is Rs
6000/. Overheads including snacks supplements, soft drinks, Tea/Coffee, stage
arrangements/ cultural program, memento photography etc will cost around
Rs.1500/- per member per day.

Assuming some
donation from our willing friends, it has been decided to
charge Rs 7000/- (6000 +1000)
per member per
day. Accordingly the fee to be remitted is as follows.

 

Member + Spouse                                                          :
Rs.14,000/- for two days.

Member alone with shared room accommodation      : Rs. 
8,000/- for two days.  

Member alone with room single occupancy                 : Rs.11,000/- for two
days   

Extra person above 12 yrs                                            :
Rs.  4600/- for two days

Children between 6 to 12 yrs                                        :
Rs.  3600/- for two days

No rate is specified for those who participate
only the day time on 8th. They may donate an amount according to
their conscience.

Dear all,
It was a great reunion, the warmth of which will remain for some more time, and we should recharge/replenish it periodically.
Whether the weather is suitable or not doesn't matter much since the greatness of the meet supersedes other factors.
Generally the weather during the second half of September is fine.
Everybody says ladies first and that is normally for giving special consideration

But in this group our sisters take the lead and make the meet more lively and memorable
This is heartening and a big salute to all the gentle ladies (including family members )who have attended the get together

       The reunion is tentatively planned after Onam as suggested by the majority at Poovar.Generally the the weather is pleasant after Onam prior to start of winter season. Your suggestion for house boat shall be considered.

Second, Chack must have been tipsy when he mentioned Trichur.  Chacko ???? .  WE have decided it will be Cochin and let it be final.

I suggest that two hour be kept somewhere at the end or in the middle as a sponsored section, where anybody who would like to market his wares (business offerings, I mean!) could speak or give a presentation.  This could bring us some money too!

Let the idea germinate!
