Responsibilities:

Lead QA team and provide directions to test engineers.
*
Writing the test strategies.
* Preparing the test
plans.
* Design and review test conditions and test data.
* Expertise and good usage of tools such as bug tracking
system, automation tools etc
* Perform analysis on defects
and work to improve quality.
* Ensure test coverage and
requirements traceability for the project.
* Knowledge in
preparing test scripts will be an add-on.
Participate in
design reviews and make recommendations for product quality and testability
• Participate in technical
discussions within the team and with other groups within Business Units
associated with specified projects
• Willing to work on additional
tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department and
company goals
• Provide guidance and mentoring to more
junior engineers. Developing, implementing and executing test plans
• Contributing to,
creating and developing test automation strategies
