SIGCHI Finland organizes the following events in Nokia Innovation Center, Hermiankatu 1, Tampere, on Wednesday 30.5. The events are open and free of charge, but we hope you register (so we won't run out of coffee).

09:30-11:30  UX SIG on Expectations and UX

User experience is tied to person's expectations. In this event, we discuss how expectations are influencing user experience and how expectations have been studied.

12:30-15:00  Regards from CHI conference

CHI is the premium conference of human-computer interaction field. This year, CHI conference took place May 5-10 in Austin, Texas, USA. There were almost 2600 participants in the event, 20 of them from Finland. 16 parallel tracks for 4 days provided an extensive amount of research results on various topics under HCI umbrella. In this event, Finnish conference visitors tell about their insights of the conference.
