tkhtml3 won't run on 64 bit linux

Interestingly, though I am able to run tkhtml3 on 64 bit windows just
fine, trying to do so on 64 bit linux results in the following error:

I think Windows 7 must have some sort of facility for running 32-bit
programs as such? Anyway, when I tried to run Hv3 after unwrapping
the kit, it fails using 64-bit ActiveState Tcl when trying to load,
you guessed it, the tkhtml.dll

My wish list for builds of tkhtml3 this upcoming year would be in the
following order:

* on Mac, first and foremost
* then on 64-bit Windows and/or Linux
