TkHtml3 git repository

Dear tkhtml3 enthusiasts,

I finally managed to (Q&D) clone the "fossil" repository from [1] and
put it to github at

https://github.com/olebole/tkhtml3/tree/fossil

I also added a branch with the patches I found in this mailing list
under [2].

I do not intent to do any development here, so feel free to do anything
you want with the repository. If someone wants to take over development,
he is probably highly welcome. Since I am maintaining the Debian package
of hv3/tkhtml3, I would appreciate if you could drop me a message in
this case, so that I could stay in sync. The Debian popularity contest
[3] still shows some interest in the packages.
