hv3 starkit

Tried running the starkit at ...

http://tkhtml.tcl.tk/hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203.kit

Got a popup-window that says, "Couldn't load file tmp/tclljwQ27",
among other things.

Also, failed at getting this to work ...

wget http://tkhtml.tcl.tk/hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203.gz
gunzip hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203.gz
chmod 755 hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203
./hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203

$ ./hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203
bash: ./hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203: No such file or directory

Strange ...

$ls hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203
hv3-linux-nightly-08_0203
