Hi Mieke,
Looks good.  Had trouble finding the knot fibre festival site, listed under workshops for payment.  Took me straight to facebook.  The address seems to be https//sites/google.com/site/theknotfibrefestival.  Maybe Beth could advise best way for people to know it is there.

Hi all,

Marilyn, you have the correct web site address (https://sites.google.com/site/theknotfibrefestival). I assume Mieke did not put the full address in the draft just because it is a draft? It isn't a great address but the budget was $0 and that's the kind of address you get for free. Wordpress would give us a slightly better address but they don't offer as much flexibility with content - and not enough for our Festival, in my mind. Are you worried that the site address doesn't come up quickly under a Google search? - that is because it is not visited often or linked-to enough. This should improve with usage. Obviously the FB site has been visited more regularly since it was there since the last festival for a start. Once again, you can pay $ to get your website come up higher in a search.

Mieke has also put a link to the website on the FB page (under 'about') so people can get there using that link.

I hope that answers your questions!

Cheers,

Beth
