Yes it is neccesary beacause it then differentiates the employees from the casual look. it gives a professional look . along with this dress code also shows equality among the people working there like we follow in our school and colleges.

In my point of view drees code is nedded in some factor and dress code does not nedded in some factor. We are not need dress code on everyday coz our work depend upon our work, but in metting we will have to maintain dress code.

In my point of view, dress code is not much necessary to an IT Employee because now a days every employee who want to work sincerely for their company they are maintaining good dress code. An IT Employee dress should be any thing but it should shows his ability and his status and i want to add one point here that an good dressed candidate can't be a good employee and vice versa . my opinion is dress code shld be avoided in IT industry bcz we cant feel gud with some dresses and we couldnt estabilish our originality. And from our childhood we followed dress code, atleast after that we shld be free to wear dress.

In my opinion dress code is nt necessary in it cmpnies as mst of tha it compnies dnt hv any dress code ....da thing which matter is ur dressing sence at working place ...dress code nt ny complsion bt a proper dressng sence mst b complsion for eg. jeans nd t-shirt mst b prohibited nd only well pressed shirt -paint of any colour wid black shoes..lyk dis outfit can b apply rather den a single dress code.
