Now according to the long-term and short-term demand of the function development, we Open 12 positions in NST.

 

Detailed Position Job Description

 

1.         NST Head (1 position)

l  NST Teambuilding and management

l  Collect NST feedback and hold regular meetings

l  Communicate with VPOGX and support MC OGX GCDP Director

 

2.         Country Partnership Coordinator (3 positions)

l  Build up Country Partnerships through these GNs and deliver TN supply to LCs

l  Represent for MoC in TN related Countries’ meetings and matching manias

l  Set up, consolidate projects and partnerships with TN CYs

 

3.         Coaching and Delivery Coordinator (2 positions; One for LCs in Western and Central China; One for Expansions and city-based AU)

l  Communicate with LCs, expansions and Aus in these areas and clusters

l  Supply with them with management experience and functional skills

 

4.         Learning and Service Manager (1 position)

l  Be responsible for OGX Learning and Service Management Operation in all LCs

 

5.         Returnee Management Manager (1 position)

l  Returnee database management, returnee engagement and reintegration 

 

6.         Research and Analysis Director (1 position)

l  Marketing, OGX macro-research and analysis

7.         OGX GCDP showcasing Manager (1 position)

l  EP magazine and online promotion materials design and editing

 

8.         OGX-FN Coordinator (1 position)

l  Returnee refund management

l  EP refund management

l  Other function finance management

 

9.         OGX-ER Coordinator (1 position)

l  OGX Learning Partner representative, provide external resources and opportunities to LCs
