亲爱的 ICX  的筒子们，

 

昨天晚上给大家讲了一下关于Delivery的东西，所有我meeting上用到的东西都在附件里面。其中包括

1）MC 的 Delivery guidance 

2）如何进行match（match methods） 

3）记录回复你的以及主动申请的实习生的信息的表格 

4）关于可以面试的实习生信息的管理表格

5.6）旭升和日航酒店的promotion file

希望大家能仔细再看看。很重要，有的甚至都可以拿来用，不如那两个表格，不需要自己再去设计。

做match，重要的还是自己去理解，别人给的guidance只能祈祷辅助作用，要靠自己领悟什么是高效率，要count on yourself。记得我当初做match的时候，我就会在myaiesec.net上搜EP，然后发first letter( 现在想起来first letter都很难看)，几乎没有指导，完全是自己领悟出来如何做match的。我希望你们也一样，多思考，多优化你的方法。

你们很幸运，有 match 的 training，有 experienced 的TL和VP，所以，好好利用资源！不明白的地方可以问TL，或者问我。 

Don't be shy,做 match 的 ICXer 最光荣！

对于Match，它也是ICX process 里面很重要的一步，跟raise不相上下，真正的performance不看raise，要看realize。如果大家想在下学期做Team leader的话，就要有很充分的 match experience，这样才能带好你的member哦~  希望大家认真对待match，相信你们会收获很多很多的skills 和 fun 的。

最后强调一点：做好与TN 和 EP 的communication，提高效率，尽情享受~
