Job Hours Designation: Customer Service Associate (Back end support Voice and Non voice)

Shift Timing:

For voice process (09:00am to 06:00pm)

Non voice Process-Rotational (For female candidates- Day shift)
(9 Hours (08hrLogin&01 hrBk))

Salary: 6K-10K- Incentives -shift allowance +over time allowance. (Depending on Experience salary varies)

Work Location:

Perungudi, Karapaakam (Telecom Industry)

Ambattur (Telcom+Banking and Financial services)

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Degree /Diploma / +2 with1year experience in any sector.(BE,B.TECH, MCA,M.Tech,MBA of 2014 are not Eligible),B.E,B.TECH,M.SC,MA,MCOM WITH 2009,2010,2011,2012,2013 are eligible for the interview in Besant Nagar branch).

Average communication in English with any regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Hindi)
