PitCrew,

Today I am working on Grommets for the Band Skirts. If you have availability to come out tonight, please feel free to come and help for a little. If we get enough people, it should only take about an hour.

Saturday is our next competition and Chili is what’s on the Menu. We need several people to help as we will have to hold the props on the field. Please sign up for the Tail Gate. Dan helped me out. Thanks

10:30 AM - Rehearsal Begins

12:30 PM - Snack Break

1:00 PM - Rehearsal

3:45 PM - Eat, Pack, Load

4:00 PM – PITCREW LOAD & LEAVE

5:15 PM - Depart TJ

5:45 PM - Arrive at UHS

6:30 PM - Warm-Up

7:30 PM - Walk to Gate

7:45 PM - Gate

8:00 PM - Perform

8:45 PM - Return to Stadium to watch other shows

10:00 PM - Awards/Critique

10:30 PM - Approximate Departure from UHS

11:00 PM - Approximate Arrival at TJ

11:30 PM - Approximate Dismissal from TJ

I made some slight modifications to the sign up genius this morning to clarify the bowls and spoons slots. I know Quincy is bringing 1 pot of chili (though he hasn’t signed up yet - hint hint) but we could use another. I know there’s some great chili makers out there (though I’m not one of them).
