FRIDAY FOOTBALL GAME

Hello PitCrew,

This Friday(tomorrow) the band will be performing at halftime during the football game.  Since it is also Senior night we will need non-Senior parents as volunteers to help getting props and pit to the field and back. Below is the schedule for the evening. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Friday, November 1st

 

- Homecoming Football Game, Senior Night, 8th Grade Move Up Night

 

Schedule

4:15 PM - Report Time and get into uniform

4:30 PM - Seniors Dinner in Cafeteria

4:45 PM - 8th Grade Report Time

5:00 PM - Rehearsal with 8th Graders in Band Room

5:30 PM - Senior Night in Stadium

6:25 PM - National Anthem

6:30 PM - GAME TIME

During the 2nd Quarter - Leave to go warm up for Halftime

Halftime - PERFORM

3rd Quarter - Students go get food.

4th Quarter - Students back in seats

Approximately 9:00 PM - Game End
