Urgent Need: PIT Crew Volunteers requested for Saturday.

PitCrew,
I am currently sick and will not be able to participate on Saturday. We are in urgent need of bodies. We have our main crew of Ed, Stewart, Dan, and Harrish to support this but we need at least 6 more volunteers. It’s the State Championships which means we need more help getting the props on and off the field. Don’t worry if you don’t know what to do as there will be instructions for you.
The meeting time at the school is 3:30 to start loading the Gear and Get on the road by 4:20. The schedule is as follows:
Saturday, October 23rd
- MMBA State Championships at Towson University

11:30 AM - Rehearsal
3:00 PM - Eat, Pack, Load
3:30 PM – PIT Crew Starts Loading
Before 4:20 PM – PIT Crew Rolls Out
4:30 PM - Depart TJ
6:15 PM - Arrive at TU
6:45 PM - Warm-Up
7:50 PM - Walk to Gate
8:00 PM - Gate
8:15 PM - PERFORM
9:00 PM - Return to Stadium to Watch shows
9:45 PM - In seats for TU Performance
10:00 PM - Awards
10:15 PM - Approximate Awards End Time
10:45 PM - Approximate Departure from TU
12:15 AM - Approximate Arrival at TJ
12:30 AM - Approximate Dismissal
Please respond to “ALL” if you can be there.
