Greetings Pitcrew,
Greetings, I hope this email reaches everyone that it is supposed to. This Saturday we need volunteers to help build props and clean Bleacher seating. The more we have the faster we can be done and out. Things we need to get accomplished:
- Staple Vinyl to Props (Staple Guns and Staples needed)
- Install Grommets in the side of Vinyl and attach to a Frame.
- Pull Lawn Mowers out of Conex & Make space for New tractor
- Clean Mats for Band – Bleacher Pads
- There are some barrels that need to be cut in half and turned into boulders… Need a creative mind that knows how to do this. (Need to verify with Nick that this is still needed)
Plan is to be there at drop off and work till Noon if we get a bunch of people to volunteer. Please come with gloves and any necessary safety gear you need.

The next tailgate is: Best Chili of All - everyone does not need to make Chilli only a few. Everybody else can plan on bringing sides and drinks and desserts. Need someone that knows how to do a signup Genius… Help 😊

Below is the schedule again not counting tonight. There are a lot of props that need to go on the field and when we have competitions we need all hands on deck. The primary thing needed is for parents to stand on the back of the props so the wind does not blow them away. Tonight’s schedule is posted below and it would really help if we get parents to come out and help to support the band. It’s the showcase for all the bands tonight and it will be at Oakdale High School. Chaperons are also needed to ensure the safe movement of the kids. If your interested in chaperoning please ensure you contact Ellen.
