UWFCopy Services provides departmental and student copiers to the UWF campus and its affiliates. Almost all of the devices on campus are networked and have Postscript capabilities so that print jobs can be sent from any computer, MAC, or PC. There are 18 color and 72 black/white devices on the main campus and in various UWF locations.

A cost-per-copy approach allows UWF to have a centralized copy program with one vendor and standardized costs for features. By pooling all the copiers on campus, we are able to use UWF's combined buying power for lower costs. This program eliminates the need to invest budget dollars in equipment. By pooling the campus volumes, the cost-per-copy approach also eliminates individual monthly minimum charges, users pay for only the copies they make. We have pulled together a standardized set of features so every department, regardless of their budget and copy/print volume, can benefit.

For step-by-step instructions, login to MyUWF, search for UWF Public Knowledge Base > copyserv > and visit Printing to a Campus Copier (Multifunction Device) web page or Copy/Scan Instructions for the MX264N Multifunction Device webpage.

Doing so, I had to learn that it is obviously not so trivial to copy a service and its associated test-suite using that service from one file into another. When I export a test-suite and copy it into another project then in the copy ALL parameters (and their assigned value) are lost.

What is the most elegant solution to do this with the least loss of information (i.e. also coping parameters, headers, assertions, etc.). What do I need to (re)define in the target project so that the test-cases and -steps are properly copied INCLUDING all their settings.

Further, I check the VSS writers and found one of the writer named was in error state "VSS SQL Server Writer"so I manually disable this service and reboot the server resulting backup successfully happens but enabling the VSS SQL server writer give the same issue, kindly advice how to rectify this service.

Backup services across the board engage the volume shadow copy service. I would do as the others suggest and first read up on the issue. In my experience from time to time I have had to delete shadow copies so they can recreate correctly again for backups to engage. (Windows, Dell, and Storegrid included). The command to do this from the command prompt is vssadmin delete shadows /all This should be your last course of action though, not your first. Now just out of curiosity this server in question has not had a drive expanded (such as a LUN)? If so, then yes this will have to be done and a new base image for the backup created since they system specs for the drive changed and the old backups are no longer valid.

A virtual public hearing has been scheduled to permit all interested persons the opportunity to present statements, arguments, either orally or in writing, with respect to the subject noted above. The virtual hearing will be held at the following time and the public can participate via Zoom or telephone:

The Copy Service Fee Schedule mandated by SB 863 became effective on July 1, 2015. It provides for a flat $180 fee for a set of records from a single custodian. The flat fee encourages prompt payment and has resulted in fewer billing disputes.

A: Release of information services are included in the flat fee. Section 9983(e) provides that release of information services are governed by California Evidence Code section 1563 and disputes over these costs may be resolved by filing a petition with either the WCAB or in Superior Court.

Located in the basement of Peck Hall, the CAS Copy Service provides photocopying and scanning of instructional and departmental materials for the faculty and staff of the SIUE College of Arts and Sciences.

Color copies may be requested for university-related projects such as department brochures, posters (11"x 17" max), flyers, etc. Materials must include the university wordmark and be approved by department chairs/program directors. We provide 25 single-page copies per project; additional copies will be billed at the current rate per page. We will not make color copies for classroom use.

During business hours, only authorized personnel are allowed access to the main Copy Service office, and the office is staffed at all times. No one is allowed in the office after hours. Most requests are completed by student workers. The supervisor of the Copy Service will identify the students to instructors and discuss alternatives to avoid conflicts of interest.

The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES copy and print center provides a full range of services. The department is equipped with five high speed industrial copiers that use a variety of paper stock in multiple colors and multiple weights.

This thread is about 8 months old now, but thought I would see if you monitor it at all. I downloaded the ServiceTransferTool from github and was trying to see if I could go from an AGS 10.2.2 machine to AGS 10.4.1....but have tried running both in Desktop 10.4.1 (on server) and my local Desktop 10.3.1. I had to comment out the import of pymssql and the writeinDatabase function, but that looked like it was something more internal to eea, so I don't think that matters.

My arcgisserver service directories are on the D drive, so it seems to be getting that info, but it should probably b "d:\\" ...not error is not showing the ":". I've been trying to work backwards to see where this is being pulled from, but haven't found it yet. Although I have a utility that looks at the config.json file for this info, so maybe this is doing the same (and I just haven't found that yet).

Edit: getting closer. I had to change a few lines to have it take my server name in the path to the services .mxd location...still need to work on that to make it more automatic, but it does find the mxd now. If running on a 10.3.1 again the target 10.4.1, it would crash I'm assuming because it doesn't like the versions being different. So running in Desktop 10.4.1 on the target server...with about 5 patches, including the publishing patch.....I can get to Step 4 but the service will not publish (although it thinks it was successful, per a message. I need to go investigate this next.

Only other issue, which is an internal things, as I was getting ssl certificate errors/warnings. I just closed the popup and it continued. This is a self-signed cert, with "10dot" addresses...that is, something that network services has for our internal servers. I've given up on trying to have them get rid of the error, since things work for my test environment (just annoying).

For some reason, the Volume Shadow Copy service is stopping. I figure that it could be because one or several other services are stopped. I have recently disinfected the computer from a malware, and during the troubleshoot I have stopped and started several of the services by using the msconfig command and the diagnostic start option.

So I'm thinking that this might have overthrown some of my services. I have set the option back to normal Windows start but my experience is that some of these services are stubborn and will not start again after stopping them manually or after using the diagnostic start option.

In my experience, on Windows 7, at least, on top of what the Dependencies tab gives you, be aware that interrupting the Server service will halt Volume Shadow Copy as well - so you'll want to leave Server enabled.

This tutorial describes how to ingest data by using the data copy service without an intermediate host. The data copy service runs locally on Azure Data Box, connects to your network-attached storage (NAS) device via the Server Message Block (SMB) protocol, and copies data to Data Box.

If you cancel or pause a job, large files might be only partially copied. These partially copied files are uploaded in the same state to Azure. When you cancel or pause a job, make sure that your files have been properly copied. To validate the files, look at the SMB shares or download the BOM file.

You can restart a failed job that arises from a transient error, such as a network glitch. However, a job can't be restarted after it reaches a terminal status, such as Succeeded or Completed with errors. Errors resulting from file-naming or file-size issues are logged, but the job can't be restarted after it completes.

If you experience a failure and can't restart the job, download the error logs and locate the underlying failure. After correcting the issue, create a new job to copy the files. Alternatively, you can also copy the files over SMB.

If File optimization is on, small files are packed at ingest and unpacked during upload to improve copy performance. These packed files are named using a GUID. Don't delete packed files.

Wait for the copy job to finish. Because some errors are logged only on the Connect and copy page, ensure that the copy job is complete and reports no errors before advancing to the next step.
