I installed Tivopod on Windows XP, started the jar file and attempt to
go to the administration web page to add my Media access key I get a
web page that states:

The device does not recognize the command.

The jar file starts and is waiting for the configuration page to be
completed with the following messages:
INFO: Waiting for the Now Playing list to become available.
Dec 8, 2007 3:44:27 PM tivopod.NowPlayingServlet run
INFO: Waiting for TiVo configuration to be completed.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Howard

Found the problem Just FYI... turns out that even if you stop
TivoDesktop it still has processing running in the background. It also
uses port 8080. Best to kill all Tivoprocesses or uninstall desktop
manager.
