Hanvon Drawing Tablet Driver

Please let me know if this works and how well it works since I don't have a hanvon tablet to test it. I suspect the tablet will only work if it's plugged in when you start ubuntu and won't plug-and-play, please test this and let me know.
The vendor for that tablet would need to provide the updated drivers for macOS Catalina if, in fact, drivers are needed at all. The bundled CD may have Windows drivers, 32-bit Mac drivers or installer, or based on that 2016 date, drivers that simply never will work with Catalina.
I requested a Raspberry Pi for Christmas so that I could draw using inexpensive processing hardware with my XP-Pen drawing Display tablet as a monitor in the Lounge room where the rest of my family typically reside in the evening (rather than at my work desk).
