As of now, the tasks to be done are as follows :
1. Recall pending stocks and registrations and consolidate the data.
2. Approach all 4 Kendriya Vidyalayas and send out appeal letters. We will need to visit
    the schools, talk to the principal, appoint a teacher as a co-ordinator for TITI and follow
    up to know if there have been any registrations. In case you can visit any one of the
    Kendriya Vidyalayas, then please let me know asap.
3. Prepare logistics for the drop box round. As of now, it seems sensible to conduct the
    drop box only on 31st. Collecting the answer sheets involves some procedures and the
    drop boxes need to be manned. So unless we have the manpower to man the drop
    boxes on all the days, we should do it only on one day. Other work such as printing the
    stickers and ironing out the entire process of the drop box round needs to be taken care of.
4. After the drop box round, we need to wrap up, tally the stocks and clear the accounts.
    We also need to conduct a separate drop box round for KV students in case there are
    any registrations. This will be from 13th to 15th of April.
