We all need to start approaching companies to promote TITI. Most schools and colleges are unavailable at the moment and 

we are not getting appointments due to Diwali. 

Although, myself and Ravi have spoken to a couple of companies :

1. Infosys - Ravi is in talks here, but no conclusive decision yet.

2. Symantec - I have moved a contact, we should be able to know something next week.

3. Thermax - Milind Tilak has taken some publicity material and he shall let us know the progress next week.

4. Neilsoft - no response from management yet. Karthik Iyer is talking to them since he works there.

5. Cognizant - Vishwanath Ganesh will talk here as he works there.

Most companies may not agree for a talk, so instead we may ask for permission to put up a stall at a fairly visible area so 

that employees can come and know more about TITI at this stall.

We also need to try and contact auditoriums for permission to put up a stall on weekends. There is a lot of buzz in these halls

so we should have at least one stall for every weekend. I have already spoken at Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha (Kothrud)

and they gave a straightforward no in reply. We need to contact the following places for stalls :

1. Ganesh Kala Krida Manch

2. Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir

3. Tilak Smarak Mandir

(add to the list as you see fit)

We also need to try and see if we can put up a TITI stall in any society or talk to the society members directly in their

community hall/club house. Vinay Nerlekar has already initiated talks with 3-4 places in this regard. 

No further updates as of now.

Most people in offices were on vacation last week. Hence there is no conclusive report on where

we can have stalls yet. 

As far as other places are concerned, Ganesh Kala Krida Manch has said that they can allow

us to put up a stall whenever they have a program. Their charges will be Rs. 500 per day

exclusive of any table/chairs provided.

The response from Symantec is negative. Talks are still ongoing at Infosys and Cognizant.

At Ganesh Kala Krida Manch, the programs this weekend are not relevant hence it would not be
wise to put up a stall. Although, Rosary School has its Annual Day function in the coming week at the
same venue and we must have a stall on that day since so many parents will be coming to the venue
that day.

A few college visits have been conducted. I have created a list of colleges I went to with Sachin Kshirsagar.

So far only one school has been approached. More schools are functional starting from next week.

Latest addition to relevant documents are follow up letters for colleges and management institutes
which are to be sent as e-mail after a visit. All institutions visited so far have already received a copy
of the book, a poster, our letter of appeal and the follow up e-mail.
