I suggest we send Ravi's name as the person representing Pune.

Assuming each centre has to send one person, he can be the one representing Pune.

Ravi, please send in your thoughts too. I'm not aware of what exactly the meeting is and
whether it is only for the national council members. If you have an idea, please shed some
light on this.

As you all may be aware that our next Council Meet is scheduled to be held in Mumbai on 28th April, 2013 (Sunday).

Delegates will be required to report on 27th night ideally, so that meeting can begin on 28th April morning in the presence of all Council Members.

There is a mention of accompanying member / substitute in the email.

I would like that in addition to Ravi either Swamiji or I also attend.  This is all the more needed mainly in view of poor performance by Pune.

If you all agree let Ravi advise TITI council accordingly.  Details of travel plans and accommodation needed can be advised later.

I think the meeting would be to discuss the so far progress made in all regions and also the next phase of the TITI movement.
We were told in January at the YEP Reunion about the next phase which is conducting seminars on the 7 topics of the TITI book in every district. So I assume it would the same discussion.
About members representing Pune for the council meet in april, I think Shanker Uncle should write to the Council members about Pune since he's one of the council members.
I am not a council member but I am ready to attend the meeting if needed and also as Ramnathan Uncle suggested we could have Swamiji or Uncle also attending the meeting.
@Shanker Uncle: I don't know your plan of attending the meeting, if you plan so, let us know so then it could be you and me or Ramnathan Uncle or Swamiji attending the meeting.
