Pending Stocks

Hari Om !

We have to recall all the pending stocks and registrations from places where we had left books post
a TITI talk.
The following needs to be done :
1. I will co-ordinate with Anu and get the stock from Modern College.
2. Shanker uncle, please co-ordinate with Pramod Dastoorkar and recall the stock from Dnyanganga college.
3. AV Ramanathan uncle, please collect the registrations/pending stock from the study groups.
    5 books were given at Polytechnic college. Please let me know if you can send a volunteer to collect the books
    from there.
4. Ravi, please recall all the stock from any mission member who has books like Tushar Dada, Milind Dada,
    Vijayshree Anandas etc.

Yhe DY Patil books are back. Mahesh you would have to go and get the stocks back from Dnyanganga.

D Y Patil college books are at my house.  They still have 5 books.  I will collect them after 25th March.

You are mentioning about Polytechnic 5 books.  Where it is.  Who will do it.

Can a volunteer from Maauli go there and collect the books ? It is very near to Maauli
and I believe the books are with the HOD of their Mechanical department.

Sorry but there seems to be a slip up. I am not able to find the name or contact number of
the concerned person from Kasegaon Polytechnic College. I just remember that he was the
HOD of the mechanical department.

I have collected the stock from Modern College. There are 8 registrations from that stock.
Data entry is pending as of now.

I have contacted Mr. Pramod Dastoorkar from Dyanganga but unfortunately he could not
find time this week. Tomorrow there is a parents meet and he is willing to arrange for a stall,
so in case there are any volunteers then please let me know. I personally cannot go there
tomorrow due to other work. In case nobody is able to go there tomorrow, then I shall be
collecting the books from there next week after due confirmation from Mr. Pramod.

I had visited Dyanganga College on Monday. Pramod sir was not present at that time. They have handed over one box
to me. Pramod sir has assured me that they will transport the remaining books to Vihar or to Shanker uncle's residence.

I was also able to obtain the name of the concerned person at Kasegaon Polytechnic College, Lohegaon.
The teacher's name is Mr. Satham. I have managed to contact a student there and I shall also send the contact
number of the teacher tomorrow via e-mail once I receive an update from the student.

Most of the major stocks have already been collected. Whatever stock remains is with mission members and
volunteers.

I have been trying to follow up with Dyanganga College. They have still not located the

remaining box. Their response is very slow and although I have been calling/sending sms

daily, I am not getting any definite and quick response from their end. 

They also have to hand over money and receipts for 5 registrations. I have been pursuing this

issue and we are trying our best to retrieve the stocks and other effects as soon as possible,

but the final results will depend on their response alone. I will continue to follow up and keep

this thread updated with developments if any.

I have not been receiving response from Dyanganga College. If we need to submit accounts and
give definite numbers to Mumbai/Chennai, then it is essential that we wrap up all the confusion at
this college.

Shanker uncle, I have tried several times to follow up, but now I feel only your word can put some weight
and get us quicker results. I request you to kindly have a word with Pramod Dastoorkar sir from
Dyanganga College and persuade him to handover all the required items to your place or to Vihar
at the earliest.

Pramod sir had called me just now. They have found the books and the books shall be dropped
at Vihar tomorrow. But they were not able to find the receipts. We know the receipt numbers, so
we can make entries with names but we will not have any physical copy of the receipts. Would
that be ok ?
