There are 406 entries in the master list of participants. All the receipts with myself, Ravi,
AV Ramanathan uncle as well as Shanker uncle have been accounted for.

Dyanganga college has misplaced 4 receipts, hence their data has not been entered.
They have given us one receipt and that data has been entered.

There have been a total of 60 registrations from Chinchwad as per the count in the data
sheet sent to us by Mr. Iyengar.

So in total, we have
(406 * 100) + 500 + (60*100) = 40600 + 500 + 6000 = 47,100

So, in total there are 471 registrations. This does not include the number of registrations at
Ishwar Sharan. But I believe Shanker uncle will be tracking that through the pay-in slips used
to deposit money.

The money yet to be handed over to Shanker uncle from my side is Rs. 600 (500 from Dyanganga
is in possession of Sw. Keertanandaji and 100 more is in my possession).

If there is anything that I have missed, please add it in this thread so that we can settle the accounts
with Chennai/Mumbai asap.

Hariom,

There two more registration by D Y Patil College.

They have given Rs. 200 and returned all the remaining 3 blank receipts and 3 books to Maauli.

When I go to Maauli next (mostly on Saturday) I will collect them.

I will also collect 5 books from Kasegaon Polytechnic.

In other words the present count is 471 + 2 = 473.

Ishwar Sharan has around 5 entries in the drop box.

Any news about drop box at Chinmaya Vihar?

I have received three more registration from Wanorie Bal Vihar class.  They returned two books.

I will enter them tomorrow.

It is difficult for me to keep track if Data is sent to me piece meal, I suggest we wait till 10th April and then send me a consolidated figure.
