Hari Om !
This is the procedure for drop box round :
1. Participants have been asked to fill in the complete registration form, attach it
with the quiz pages at the end of the book along with their answer sheets and place
these effects in a sealed envelope.
2. Participants will come to the drop box venue to drop their answers. A volunteer
is supposed to be present at each drop box venue.
3. The volunteer will record the name, contact, e-mail address, signature and association
with the participant of the person depositing the answer sheet. eg., if the parent of a child
comes to drop the answer sheet, then the parent will fill in his/her name, e-mail address,
phone number and specify association with participant as "parent". All these details are
to be entered into a register/notebook with the signature of the depositor. It is crucial that
we collect this information and keep it safely at least till August 2013 when the final round
takes place. Those are the instructions from the national council.
4. The volunteer is also supposed to verify whether the name of the participant is present
in the Participant master list. This is a spreadsheet present in the TITI folder shared to
everyone via Google Drive.
5. There will be a sticker with the TITI logo and a date field given to each drop box venue.
Anu shall be coming to Ishwar Sharan tomorrow to drop these stickers. She shall also explain
the entire procedure once again. These stickers are to be stuck on the sealed envelopes.
6. There is also another part of the sticker which has a thank you note and the dates for
the next round along with the details of the result for this round. This has to be given to the
participant.
Myself and Ravi will be at Chinmaya Vihar. We will also try to call up the participants to confirm
where they shall be dropping in their answers. The drop box round is also a good way for participants
to see the local centres, know more about the activities going on. Let us use this chance
to spread the message of Pujya Gurudev to one and all.
Hari Om!
