TITI Volunteers meet

Hari Om !

On the coming Sunday (23-09-2012), let us have a meet for all volunteers at Chinmaya Vihar.

The agenda of the meeting shall be to explain in detail the processes involved in TITI to all volunteers
and to assign departments/roles if any.

There is a Ganapati Atharvashirsha chanting at Vihar on 23-09-2012 4.30 p.m. onwards. Let us all
meet to take the blessings of Lord Ganesha by chanting Atharvashirsha. Thereafter, 5.30 p.m. onwards,
we can start the volunteers' meeting for TITI.

Yuva Veer Pundalik Wagh shall be attending the meeting as well.

Agenda :

1. To consolidate various teams and their leaders under the umbrella of TITI.
2. To identify all avenues for registration.
3. Assume and assign roles/departments to volunteers.
4. Explain all processes behind TITI (mainly the registration process)

Chinmaya Vihar

Time :
5.30 p.m. onwards

Thanks for the initiative mahesh Unfortunately I am conducting a client training on that day. Couple of suggestions that I have

I will take care of all the Back end book ordering and accounting and co-ordination, We need to prpare an overall budget for the evnt. We need to design a standard excel format where all the registration dat can be entered by volunteers and sent across. There should be 2000 books delivered to Chinmaya Vihar before next Sunday and you can start assigning stock. Please keep track of who is taking how many and also keep a track of Registration Books.

 

Allthe best. Check whetehr Sangeeta Dhamdere can attend as she would be able to help us at Modern College.
